Mass Consciousness Effects…

More and more are coming to me with questions about how the masses effect us as a person. It is interesting because many are empathic and have difficulties in understanding why something as simple as a word could be changed by many people’s perceptions. Empaths have a tendency to be all over the place until they take measures to understand the effect others may have on them and their emotional state. I often wonder why it is after going through a process of becoming themselves in reality, that the same concept applied to something inanimate would be hard to follow. It is the same.
With technology reaching to the vast world it is becoming harder for words to maintain their previous energy. Some of it is because of cultural differences, other is because of judgments that may be associated from their experiences. Regardless, to change the energetic function of something it takes a little over 10 percent of the world population with similar belief of what it means. So when we use the word discernment to not mean judgment it is no longer an affective tool in creating the difference. If you are sensitive to energies you will feel many of the words are blurred together under the same field. Such as discernment, judgment, emotion, perception. Each of these words have now been diluted by the masses in understanding and will not carry the function they once did in the small Alternative Community. Most have!
I have been using tones that have not been mainstream yet in order to create the functions or replace words that once had meaning to me. As much as we are connected as one, we all have our ways of finding the inner peace we all seek. Love has many faces and now you can use other methods to achieve the Self Love we need in order to help all the chaos here make sense.

I have tried the link on the Contact Us Page many times and it seems to be coming through OK. If you are trying to use the comment section in the blog to contact us, you will have to create an account with word press which is quite simple and costs nothing. I will try and place my email on each of the blogs to make it easier as well as the pages.

Managing Stress With Energy (cont)

Wow, I had some good comments about the last blog. Some where very thoughtful and some, well didn’t allow the full benefit of the lesson. So I have decided to take a piece of yesterdays blog and focus on making it a little more understood. I wanted to post all the comments but my kids did away with that for me this morning. Anyhow, this is not to insult the being that commented on the blog. I really appreciated it as it allowed me to look at where I may have been lacking passing the lesson over to the public. So here is some of the comment that brought light to me about not getting the message across. It is not the actual comment, just what I can remember of it.
To relieve stress you need to let go and not hold onto it. Something like that, it isn’t word for word. I wish the person would resubmit it so I could post it and address it better. This is great advice for some. Letting go of the stress is an important part of the process. Yet many have difficulties with this because of their routines in life. The process stated in the blog before is a starting point to begin the process of finding what will work for you. Lets be completely honest, we try different approaches until we find what is going to work for you. No one technique will cover humanities wondrous diversities.
The techniques including the holding of the breath was never meant as holding onto the stress, which is what the comment was insinuating. The breathing technique is commonly used to relax and stop panic attacks. It triggers the body to react by releasing endorphins. This is a key point missed so I wanted to help everyone understand this process again if I was confusing to some. When you hold your breath the endorphins release to allow your body to relax. This is an autonomic system in the human body. Another purpose for holding your breath is it will fill your lungs and allow for full usage of your lung capacity. When stressed you will breathe more shallow causing more toxin build up. Lungs release a large portion of toxins from the body that are damaging to you. None of this has to do with holding onto the stress unless your intention is to use these techniques to do so. Remember energy moves with intention. So whatever you place within your intention will be the result. This is why you repeat your intention and listen to self talk to reassure the process and your intention.
Stress just isn’t a mental aspect. It has many sides that should be addressed when we deal with it. There are lessons that come from it. There are physical reactions that should be dealt with. There are spiritual reactions we may not even consider. There are envoronmental aspects, genetic aspects, and much much more.
I wanted to thank the being again for posting as it was insightful. I do my best to bring the messages for you and if I am not getting across to as many as I can, then the comments help me see where I am lacking in the distribution of the messages of light.

Reflection

Today is a day we are setting aside for reflection. This week we have focused on purpose, increasing a state of balance in perception, and balancing the physical with the spiritual. To take a look at yourself today and see your progress is a beautiful way to come to understanding about what “you” as a being are ready to do.
Here are some questions to ponder in todays lights.
- Am I ready to reintegrate for the higher purpose of myself and Humanity?
- Will I allow myself the ability to see my greatness in everything I do?
- Am I doing my part in what ever it is I was supposed to be here to do?
- Will I allow myself to live in a state of balance?
- Will I give myself permission to be centered?
- Will I allow myself to see that I am whole, pretending to be less than?
- Can I give myself permission to understand me?
These are just a few questions to ask yourself. Take the time to listen to your inner voice. If you here negative response or self talk, then it is time to take a look at what you fear about your spiritual/physical path. Once you allow yourself to see what is holding you back you will have a choice to change your perception.
A little side note: Often when we are able to enter into higher frequencies there will be a resistance of the physical body. This would be the time to reassure you body it is OK, that you love it and you are not leaving. This is a built in defense mechanism to trigger self preservation, a fight or flight so to speak. The reassurance is important as higher frequencies will create a physical numbness and the body will react as if it is facing a death situation. Keep this in mind as you play with higher perceptions of light.

Merged Purpose

Many of us find ourselves lost when we don’t have anything to do. Our sense of purpose becomes lost in world and the same old humdrum life events set the pace for unhappiness in our lives. When we find something that sparks our interest or stimulates our curiosity, we will usually take the ball and run with it as fast as we can. The problem seems to be that we are usually running so fast and looking over our shoulder to make sure what we left isn’t still chasing us, we fail to see the wall in front of us keeping us from taking things too far.
With a thump and crashing to the ground we gain a little knowledge of the Spiritual process. We can only go so far before we are without purpose again of the grander nature.
So how do we as beings learn to be comfortable with our sense of purpose?
First finding confidence in yourself is a good way to start. If you are confident as a person you will have a sense of calm and not have to feel the need to stuff yourself full of constant information or projects to keep your mind convinced you have purpose in life.
Another good thing to understand is your Spiritual purpose or greater purpose is already being fulfilled. I know this is one of those area’s where people have a tough time getting. But, you are here because you are supposed to be here and you are supporting the Human evolution. That means if you never become aware of other things you are fulfilling your higher purpose!!
What it all boils down to is becoming comfortable with yourself. If you are comfortable you will understand you do not have to chase the rabbit down the hole, the rabbit will come and get you when it is time. You will not be asked to do anything, you will be asked to just be.
Now to Merging your purpose. If you do not choose to look at yourself and serve you first, which doesn’t mean becoming a Ego driven person, you will have a difficult time with being happy with the purpose you choose. Merged purpose to me means combining your higher sense of helping others and helping you at the same time. You go through a process and then you have it under your belt to help the next person in line. You can volunteer for a worthy cause and have a purpose of helping the whole, work a 9 to 5 and still have a strong purpose. You can become a healer or wash dishes at home. A merged purpose is understanding no matter what task you perform, you are achieving a greater purpose than the one you can see.
I invite you to take a minute and ask yourself or give permission, to feel how solid and at peace your purpose is on the perceived higher plane. Close your eyes and take a breath. Feel.
That’s it. When you allow yourself to come back to this perception bring with you the sense you felt and apply it to your life. You will slowly begin to understand you do not have to avoid yourself any longer.
