Accepting all of You

What an amazing day here in Belize and a wonderful day to share. Recently I had a discussion with someone I care very deeply about. It has inspired me to write today about acceptance of who we are and where we come from.

Many when they begin their path to healing have to take it to a place of removing themselves from society and family in order to understand more about themselves. Some are able to gain amazing skills from this and become able to do things like clearing their body of everything they feel in others. This is common for those if they are an empath. It is a way to truly understand the gift/curse.

At some point some will end up creating a lot of work for themselves trying not to absorb the energies or emotions of others. This usually creates a high level of protection which can be harmful to your “self” while all this Integration is occurring on the Earth Plane.

What do we do then? It is becoming harder for empath’s to stay separated from the whole. So it is important to accept all you are. If you are afraid of being someone you are related to through DNA, you should accept that part of you in order to allow the DNA to create balance within. If you ignore any part of your DNA makeup you will create a perception of not whole or imbalanced, which might be what you were afraid of to begin with.

The process is simple. It is an intention to accept yourself for all the things you are including family, friends, and society. You don’t have to go down through the list of each thing. Then as you feel this rush of emotion and overwhelming urge to run back to what you were comfortable with. All you have to do is breath and say to yourself balance. Do this until you begin to feel at peace within. Usually takes less than a minute for the whole ordeal. Then you do not have to waste so much of your time focusing on maintenance or your empathic ability.

This process will allow you more freedom in your life to explore the physical realm. It will also give you tools to truly see the life we are here to experience. It will open you up to new perceptions instead of being stuck in the old.

Change of plans for the Workshop Costs

We have been asked by some to help out by possibly taking payments for the Workshop. So to make it fair across the board we have decided to do this:

  • 50% Down or $100.00 US by the 15th of October to secure your reservation for the Workshop. You can pay the rest in any increment you choose as long as by the 12th of December it is paid in full

An Experiment in Self Love

Today I invite you to take a moment to look at yourself in a mirror. Notice everything about you and then write down every beauty aspect about your being you see.

Many will find their self talk to be criticizing. This is OK as well, we have something in mind for that. I would like you to take one thing you would call negative about yourself. Bring that into focus, look into your eyes in the mirror, and take a deep breath or several. The intention would be to see you as you truly are, not as your mind is creating.

This will help with allowing you to soften a harsh perception you have about yourself and it will help to increase your love for your being.

One Application of Softening Judgment

As we begin to become aware of the path we are on, we often begin with shedding old emotional trauma or issues stuck within our bodies. Some of us choose to work on each peace, feel what was there and release. Some choose to let go as much in one sitting as they can and don’t want to look back. Is either one of these techniques wrong? Of course not.

One thing we will eventually find is no matter how we have chosen the blocks to come out, they will come back around. Many will explain this as we haven’t released it all yet or it is a variation and not what you released. To me in the beginning just always seemed to be BS, none of the reasons others gave me made any sense and made it difficult for me to trust. It always seemed like they were pulling it out of thin air trying to justify what they had taught me.

Being empathic made it even harder. Having the ability to feel the healers blocks and issues, made it sometimes difficult to do what I came there for. I would ask if they practiced what they taught and they always said yes. This would make it more difficult to allow for a full release of my issues when I found myself just trying to release the healers issues. Being empathic is a great gift, yet takes a while to get the hang of.  I actually found myself at one point going to a Guru type and working through issues, coming home, and then realizing they were all his!! Talk about a waste of a $150 US, lol.

I have since learned this aspect I would love to share. When you release it, it is gone. Life is made of cycles, so somewhere a new experience will present itself to see how you will perceive it or react to it. It may be similar to that of the past, but it is not. This is in order to allow you new perception and not be stuck in old patterns or habits that were self destructive to your being. It is a way for us to say I do not need to be the old victim or I do not need to view life so harshly as I once did. It is an opportunity to replace the neutral energy in the place once filled with negative emotion with a new learning/perception.

Now we come to one of the applications of Softening Judgment. If you allow yourself to soften your emotional trauma feelings, when life comes back around to allow you an opportunity to change your perception, you will find you can easily navigate through your challenge. It allows you a more solid release as you are not tied to your old judgments with the same conviction.

If you soften your judgment during the healing aspect you will see it opens you to the perception of new tools to use on your path. Using simple techniques such as breathing or a number system can help to concrete your decision to be free from your self imposed chains.

Too Much of a Good Thing

Being connected to your family can be an enlightening and purpose filled experience. Recently I worked with a Child having high fever. When I realized the energy work I was performing on him wasn’t going to work I went to the mother. I began working on her instead.

The issue was she was so connected, worried, compassionate, and protective of her son I wasn’t able to do what it was they came to me for. I showed her where he had knots in his back and then I showed her she carried the same.

The Child was sick earlier in life and she had to do many things to alter her diet in order to make his existence more comfortable. So you can see that she was very attracted to this young boy, more so than most parents would be. After some time of going through and getting her to understand what was occurring for him and her. I explained that be connected was good, but too much of anything can cause issues for a person.

For example, if you really like banana’s and you did nothing but eat banana’s then your body wouldn’t be able to get enough of the other nutrients it needs to survive. The same is true with protection, love, anything. If there is too much then it will push the pendulum to a backward swing, meaning it will begin to have an adverse affect.

There are many ways to gain balance. It is up to you what works well. If you are visual imagine yourself standing at a staircase looking down. The staircase is the thing you want to bring into balance. Then simply take a few steps, breathing at each one until you find a place more comfortable for you to live. The idea is coming into realization you are in control of your energetic connections to those around you. You have the ability through intention to move the energy in a more productive manner, not only to assist you, but those you are connected to.

Managing Stress With Energy (cont)

Wow, I had some good comments about the last blog. Some where very thoughtful and some, well didn’t allow the full benefit of the lesson. So I have decided to take a piece of yesterdays blog and focus on making it a little more understood. I wanted to post all the comments but my kids did away with that for me this morning. Anyhow, this is not to insult the being that commented on the blog. I really appreciated it as it allowed me to look at where I may have been lacking passing the lesson over to the public. So here is some of the comment that brought light to me about not getting the message across. It is not the actual comment, just what I can remember of it.

To relieve stress you need to let go and not hold onto it. Something like that, it isn’t word for word. I wish the person would resubmit it so I could post it and address it better. This is great advice for some. Letting go of the stress is an important part of the process. Yet many have difficulties with this because of their routines in life. The process stated in the blog before is a starting point to begin the process of finding what will work for you. Lets be completely honest, we try different approaches until we find what is going to work for you. No one technique will cover humanities wondrous diversities.

The techniques including the holding of the breath was never meant as holding onto the stress, which is what the comment was insinuating. The breathing technique is commonly used to relax and stop panic attacks. It triggers the body to react by releasing endorphins. This is a key point missed so I wanted to help everyone understand this process again if I was confusing to some. When you hold your breath the endorphins release to allow your body to relax. This is an autonomic system in the human body. Another purpose for holding your breath is it will fill your lungs and allow for full usage of your lung capacity. When stressed you will breathe more shallow causing more toxin build up. Lungs release a large portion of toxins from the body that are damaging to you. None of this has to do with holding onto the stress unless your intention is to use these techniques to do so. Remember energy moves with intention. So whatever you place within your intention will be the result. This is why you repeat your intention and listen to self talk to reassure the process and your intention. 

Stress just isn’t a mental aspect. It has many sides that should be addressed when we deal with it. There are lessons that come from it. There are physical reactions that should be dealt with. There are spiritual reactions we may not even consider. There are envoronmental aspects, genetic aspects, and much much more.

I wanted to thank the being again for posting as it was insightful. I do my best to bring the messages for you and if I am not getting across to as many as I can, then the comments help me see where I am lacking in the distribution of the messages of light.

Managing Stress with Energy

There are many ways to deal with stress and everyday we are learning more ways which are beneficial for us.  One of the Key points in Softening Judgment is allowing yourself to become relaxed and enjoy a more stress free environment. The only thing we can change in our lives is how we perceive the worlds around us.

Note I said more of a stress free environment, not entirely stress free as it is our human nature to survive against all odds. We are a species designed for stress and going completely stress free can result in serious repercussions on our psyche and body.

Using the Reverse Flow Energy technique I mentioned earlier in the week is one of many ways to visualize the energy flowing many of your worries behind. Also, if you take slow deep breathes and hold them for as long as you can up to ten counts, you will feel the endorphins released by your body. This will also help to detox you at the same time.

When we are stressed we breath more shallow, which in turn creates a build up of toxins in our body. On an energetic level energy get stagnant when we don’t breath and will trigger a need to protect. If we allow the energy to flow you will find a since of calm come over your body. The everyday anxiety and panic now occurring in the US will decrease.

Here is the assignment for those wanting to participate in an experiment. Make an intention, because energy moves with intention, to decrease your judgment of all things by at least 1 %. This isn’t a huge number and if you feel comfortable with more then by all means give it a shot. Be careful not to go too large as it is still important to be able to discern what is good for you. We don’t want you to turn into a non judgmental murderer of thief because you have let go of too much judgment now do we. 

Pay attention to any self talk. If it is negative, give yourself permission to do it. This affirmation will help you take back you control of your emotional state. Practice just a few minutes a day. Close your eyes when it is really stressful and take one of those deep breathes. You will find whatever feeling you have been able to obtain during those few minutes a day, you can recall with a breathe.

Blinded by the light(finding balance)

Many of us when we find a path that has greater meaning and perceived purpose get overtaken by our urge to have meaning in our lives. The everyday grind of working and having the same dull results in what may appear to be a stuck position can push us to delve into the Spiritual realm without any looking back.

We are writing this today because many are now coming to a place where they are feeling similar feelings creeping in to their spiritual path, as what was felt in their daily routine before. Many are stopping now and looking around to see that for however long they were on their spiritual path, they have missed much of their personal healing and experiences. Some are in the middle or have just lost everything material they had. The safety net has left their lives and now they have to rebuild and figure out why, if they were following their spiritual guidance, why did this happen to them?

Our purpose here today is to help you integrate the balance back in your life. It is not about jumping feet first into the realms of spiritual awareness. Our purpose is to be!! The rest is ours to do what we choose. So, find a job and do it well. Do not detach yourself from the events, just allow yourself to view the situations with a broader perception than before. Take the things you learned and apply them to your human life. Enjoy every aspect you had thought was horrible before.

For some it will be tough to come back to a physical perception of life. But, if you have hit the block wall you will find that opening back up to your physical side will allow a new charge of energy in the spiritual realm. The realms are integrating! It is time we as Spiritual beings do the same.

If you have a healing business and everything is slowing down. You should look into getting a job to support yourself. You will find if you do this, people will begin to come again. This is the aspects of integration spoken of above. Moving more physical so the spiritual will boost up. 

If you are not willing to participate in the physical realm the Spiritual realm will balance itself to your physical involvement. Balance is a state that will always correct itself.

Reverse Flow Energy

Here is something that has popped up again in recent discussion on the Dailyom. Reversing your energy flow.

It has been accepted that we receive energy from all directions. When we begin a healing path many will gain the ability to understand they can choose a direction to flow the majority of the energy coming into their body. Regardless of systems, chakra’s, energy centers, star centers, the concept works the same.

Many have been taught to open their higher energy centers in your body to receive energy from above. It is the opposite for the reverse flow. It is becoming aware of the Earth being part of the Universe and your closest connection, if you view it outside of yourself, is the Earth.

Here is the visual:

The energy flows through your feet up your body, out the top of your head like a fountain. Then it flows out into the Universe, back around to the Earth, through the Earth and up through your feet again. Just continue this cycle as cycles need to be completed to continue the flow without effort.

What are the advantages to you?

  • You will fill the center of your body before the brain and heart
  • you will feel less stress
  • empaths will feel better immediately
  • you will feel lighter
  • you won’t take on others energy so strongly
  • it is a step in the staircase of understanding yourself
  • allows you to not live in such a fear based state
  • it cleanses the Earth where you walk
  • less energy blocks

A little added information:

When the messages of higher energy centers were released to the Earth it was unclear and we have made this into a useful technique. Yet, higher centers are not above us. If you were standing in Zero point space the concept of up and down or higher and lower have no bearing. Higher centers are center allow you to inwardly open to higher frequency of light. If you take a moment to change this perception you will feel an immediate release and a calm numbing sensation flow across your body.

Feeling fulfilled with a purpose

I have been assisting those lately with purpose, finding theirs, and how to feel better about life when you are able to see your purpose. Many people talk about Spiritual purpose and will focus merely on that. Unfortunately they find themselves in the same boat as many in a dead end job will feel.

Here are some key factors to understand about your Spiritual purpose, but first I would like to say that words are limited and so will be the explanation.

Our spiritual purpose is too great for us to comprehend what it is we are truly doing here. We have come to participate in life and on the Spiritual side you are already fulfilling your higher purpose. There is no need to create a situation of limiting your physical experience by using a Spiritual purpose as a destraction. Many of us on the Physical plane do this in an effort to find ourselves and take away from the physical purposes we have been given the opportunity to participate with. We may not see it, but the physical experiences are important to go through, so allow them.

Love is the greatest of all purpose on either side of the perception, as it is the closest we can get to the feeling of euphoria of Self/God/Universe. Integrating your soul/body connection is a great and marvelous way to continue in life with experiencing the physical. Whatever you choose to do in your physical perception do it with the confidence that this is a great purpose. You have many experiences and loving the things you do can be your biggest purpose and feeling whole, you may encounter.

Having the perception that whatever you are doing is small and you are not happy with it or there is something better will keep you from finding piece within you. You will be constantly distracted and unable to experience the World as it was meant to be, in the now.

We are all great peoples and having a purpose and fulfilling it will strengthen your perception of everything you do. Do the best you can with what you have and you will begin to see the negative cycles begin to fall as your judgments begin to soften. Why keep experiencing the same thing over and over again having the same reaction to events? When you take confidence in your purpose regardless of how minimal you think it is, you will gain a great new understanding. Life will once again have meaning and you will once again break the illusion of feeling less than.
