Managing Stress With Energy (cont)

Wow, I had some good comments about the last blog. Some where very thoughtful and some, well didn’t allow the full benefit of the lesson. So I have decided to take a piece of yesterdays blog and focus on making it a little more understood. I wanted to post all the comments but my kids did away with that for me this morning. Anyhow, this is not to insult the being that commented on the blog. I really appreciated it as it allowed me to look at where I may have been lacking passing the lesson over to the public. So here is some of the comment that brought light to me about not getting the message across. It is not the actual comment, just what I can remember of it.

To relieve stress you need to let go and not hold onto it. Something like that, it isn’t word for word. I wish the person would resubmit it so I could post it and address it better. This is great advice for some. Letting go of the stress is an important part of the process. Yet many have difficulties with this because of their routines in life. The process stated in the blog before is a starting point to begin the process of finding what will work for you. Lets be completely honest, we try different approaches until we find what is going to work for you. No one technique will cover humanities wondrous diversities.

The techniques including the holding of the breath was never meant as holding onto the stress, which is what the comment was insinuating. The breathing technique is commonly used to relax and stop panic attacks. It triggers the body to react by releasing endorphins. This is a key point missed so I wanted to help everyone understand this process again if I was confusing to some. When you hold your breath the endorphins release to allow your body to relax. This is an autonomic system in the human body. Another purpose for holding your breath is it will fill your lungs and allow for full usage of your lung capacity. When stressed you will breathe more shallow causing more toxin build up. Lungs release a large portion of toxins from the body that are damaging to you. None of this has to do with holding onto the stress unless your intention is to use these techniques to do so. Remember energy moves with intention. So whatever you place within your intention will be the result. This is why you repeat your intention and listen to self talk to reassure the process and your intention. 

Stress just isn’t a mental aspect. It has many sides that should be addressed when we deal with it. There are lessons that come from it. There are physical reactions that should be dealt with. There are spiritual reactions we may not even consider. There are envoronmental aspects, genetic aspects, and much much more.

I wanted to thank the being again for posting as it was insightful. I do my best to bring the messages for you and if I am not getting across to as many as I can, then the comments help me see where I am lacking in the distribution of the messages of light.

Managing Stress with Energy

There are many ways to deal with stress and everyday we are learning more ways which are beneficial for us.  One of the Key points in Softening Judgment is allowing yourself to become relaxed and enjoy a more stress free environment. The only thing we can change in our lives is how we perceive the worlds around us.

Note I said more of a stress free environment, not entirely stress free as it is our human nature to survive against all odds. We are a species designed for stress and going completely stress free can result in serious repercussions on our psyche and body.

Using the Reverse Flow Energy technique I mentioned earlier in the week is one of many ways to visualize the energy flowing many of your worries behind. Also, if you take slow deep breathes and hold them for as long as you can up to ten counts, you will feel the endorphins released by your body. This will also help to detox you at the same time.

When we are stressed we breath more shallow, which in turn creates a build up of toxins in our body. On an energetic level energy get stagnant when we don’t breath and will trigger a need to protect. If we allow the energy to flow you will find a since of calm come over your body. The everyday anxiety and panic now occurring in the US will decrease.

Here is the assignment for those wanting to participate in an experiment. Make an intention, because energy moves with intention, to decrease your judgment of all things by at least 1 %. This isn’t a huge number and if you feel comfortable with more then by all means give it a shot. Be careful not to go too large as it is still important to be able to discern what is good for you. We don’t want you to turn into a non judgmental murderer of thief because you have let go of too much judgment now do we. 

Pay attention to any self talk. If it is negative, give yourself permission to do it. This affirmation will help you take back you control of your emotional state. Practice just a few minutes a day. Close your eyes when it is really stressful and take one of those deep breathes. You will find whatever feeling you have been able to obtain during those few minutes a day, you can recall with a breathe.

Foundational Reinforcement

The Message- As we begin to recognise our cycles and move to changing our life’s perceptions, we are encouraged to build a new foundation to strengthen our new cyclic behaviors. As the cycle returns and we recognise to change, we will have at that moment the chance to choose what it is we want to create for our perceptions of experience.

There is no right or wrong way to rebuild or influence your new cyclic perceptions. We each have the ability within us to know what to do for ourselves to solidify this change. You can do it quickly or slowly as each revolution completes and comes again. No judgment on it at all about the choice to move forward and how quickly you move. It has been my experience that those pushing to get it done ahead of natures choice will create other obstacles to slow them down to what their body is truly capable.

If you begin to feel frustrated you should recognise the need to slow down. This is not a competition to get to the finish line. This is also not intended to be a situation created by you to harm yourself in the process. Patience is a vital piece of the Understanding. If you push too fast you will be ahead of the curve, but you will also find it more difficult to take advantage of the Global energy. So either way you will learn patience in this process.

Learning to pace yourself is a great way to finish the race on time. Finishing early means you will have to be comfortable with sitting on top of the hill waiting for everyone else to catch up and join you. This is not a bad choice if you have it in you to watch the pace of the world around you. If you like to watch nature quietly unfold you may be good at this type of existence.

If you need something to do you can manage your time how you choose. Many have taken the avenue of healer to by time for the whole while assisting others to get to the same place as them. This is a great option as long as you remember to “get off the pot” when it is time for you to advance again. Many have a tendency to get stuck on service to others and should note when they have many not returning for services that it is time to add another brick to the foundation of your cyclic patterns or advancement.

No matter what decision you choose you are always supported by those in the Spiritual Realm. Take advantage of their service to you and allow them the opportunity they have chosen during this time of expansion and growth for Humanity of this Plane.

Experiences with a Gifted Child

 I was asked what it was like to be with a gifted child and figured I would share it with everyone. I am blessed with three children, all coming from different backgrounds as far as belief’s. My son is the Oldest and many people in the metaphysics community usually ask me most of the questions revolving around him. It is not that he is any more special than the other two, it is because he is older and I have more experiences with him as apposed to the other two. On that note I will now tell you some of the fun things I have experienced with him. One of the most prominent memories is when he was three. He did not talk much then as it was an aspect of getting us to learn how to communicate without using words. He, so far has been my teacher I look you to and admire. We we going through the phase back then of thinking it was possable to exist here without judgments or we at least pretended we were. With that we always told everyone we treated him as an equal. One evening he was playing with a phillips head screw driver and decided to work on our wall. We asked him politely to stop and he ignored us of course. Then he hit the wall as hard as he could driving the screwdriver into the wall. It left a hole and white powder all over the floor. we scolded him and sent him to time out. He said no!! You wouldn’t do this to a friend, meaning an equal. So we spoke with him harshly. I explained he was too little to fix the wall and that I would have to fix it, which would interfere with my choices. He explained to me “he fix”, “he fix”. I looked at it and told him there was no way for him to do it. There was a black hole, white around the hole from the drywall, and dust on the ground. He said to me “I fix, see”. So I walked back over to reassess the damage. As I got closer The white around the hole was gone and now it was just the black hole. So I got closer to inspect. This time when I put my finger over the hole it was not a hole, it didn’t even have an indention. I slowly pealed the black off the wall and it fell to the ground in dust. He looked at me with a stern face and said “see, I fix”! I was in shock and awe over this experience. I tried to come up with any way other than what had occurred to explain it, finally I gave in. It was then we realised there was truly more to this guy than we understood. We had to reevaluate our position and figure out the best solution we could for allowing growth in him. We didn’t want to be the parents that stifle our child because it makes us uncomfortable. At the same time we knew he needed to understand this physical time to be able to function in society. We had to figure out and learn as we did not want to put him in a box and shelter him either. It is a learning process and you have to allow yourself the ability for mistakes and regrouping. You have to say this is causing more damage than good, so lets go against the common excepted practice. As everything grows around you, you have to allow for change of tactics. You have to look at where the being is in order to have effective learning for that day. Anyhow it was a process!! He always has had “imaginary friends”. Yeah, we know they weren’t imaginary even during that time. But I always had to make sure they were buckled in the car and put into the shopping basket at the store. People would give me strange looks when I was picking up nothing and placing it in the cart! A few years ago he came to us saying his Spirit Friends think he is there pet. He would mention this periodically and we would just say OK. Finally after several months he mentioned it again so we asked him what kind of pet. He said Lama. At this point we busted up laughing and had to explain to him what they meant. Before this he spoke of being a Buddha before. He called Buddhists Buddha foots as they walked the Earth. He would come in every once in a while at six years old, throw a pillow on the ground and sit in a half lotus with his hand up in the OK sign, then tell me they are going to teach me an incantation for the floaty thing. He would want me to join, so I would. So I sat there one time for fifteen minutes holding the position in silence waiting for the levitation lesson to begin. Finally I peak out and say to him “son, nothing is happening”. He then replied with a smart tone. Duh, you are too heavy. At that point I got up. A few months later we were awoken by my sister in law telling us our son was floating above his bed. For a few months after every night he would levitate above his bed and my two year old daughter in the bed below would start saying in her sleep “go up, go up”, and then it would happen. He learned his lesson from the spirits, but was unable to bring it into the waking hours. He spoke with a Rinpoche and was asked to give me the phone. I spoke with him and the man asked me if I knew what a Taku was. He explained this was my son. He has a strong recall for his other times here on Earth. We were always afraid of introducing him to the Buddhist Community when we were younger as we were afraid of what would occur. Of course they were unwarranted fears. But we hadn’t a lot of experience of this culture and we were definitely afraid he would be taken away from us. Luckily we have screwed him up enough that the above scenario wouldn’t occur! I am kidding of course. We have grown enough to know were we are in the path we have chosen and why these blessed beings are with us. As I mentioned earlier all of the kids are unique and have come from different back grounds. Tomorrow I will share some about my middle child. I am encouraged at this time to share these experiences in order for everyone to see how special our children of this time are. They are our teachers of the present and the future. We should hold this information with great respect and admiration for the next generations to come. Blessings, Talking Water
